Pick the person you're least nervous about and send a short, specific note asking a single question.

Reuse your first message, change one detail each. Sending in batches makes any single reply matter less.

Prepare three questions
“How did you get into…”, “What does a normal week look like?”, “What would you do differently starting now?”

Have one conversation
A 15-minute call or a chat after class or work. If nobody has replied yet, ask one person in person.
